VOL. 4

Debuting in the soaring drill hall of Marylebone’s Bomb Factory Art Foundation,

Vol. 4 is tailored to the urban dweller. Its tempo is one of welcomed acceleration: the throbbing pace of a waking metropolis.

Black palettes still paint the collection, punctuated by fleeting bursts of colour. A sudden, stark white dreamscape tears the "fil noir" that so firmly holds the Fourth Volume together. Unexpected cuts and dramatic necklines sit gracefully over the body, revealing subtle glimpses of skin beneath.

“Coincidentia oppositorum, ” said the Pythagorean school. The coincidence of opposites: everything we know is predicated on the interaction of conflicting forces. Stillness and motion, silence and noise, tranquility and chaos — “the world we inhabit is a continuous exchange of coexisting contradictions, and I wish for this constant state of flux to reverberate in the Fourth Volume.”

Sudden juxtapositions of fabrics add heightened tactility. Silk, leather, organza and tafeta tell an urban tale of richly textured designs. Vol. 4 proposes a wardrobe of self-expression. Garments are subject to the wearer's interpretation, thought to be endlessly reimagined and recombined. Unzipped dresses become two-in-one sets, leather bustiers can be detached to reveal as much skin as desired, silk maxi skirts convert into leather micro skirts.

Decisive cuts intertwine with supple drapery; seductively intricate forms rise from billowy yet sculptural gowns; flowing silk with leather applications give edge to the minimalist flattering cuts; outerwear draws sharp lines with its silhouette.

STATEMENT BY ADRIANNE WEBER

“HIM FOR HER”

“I delved into the soul-stirring aura of London's underground music scene—a time

when every beat birthed new dimensions in fashion, art, and photography. The

chaotic energy, the pulsating sounds, the restless pace—it spoke to me. It was a

time when music didn’t just soundtrack life; it shaped the very fabric of society.”

Drawing inspiration from this eclectic milieu, Adrianne Weber’s first menswear

collection is an ode to that raw, rebellious spirit—the spirit that transcended

convention, the essence that thrived amidst the cacophony of creativity. You'll

find echoes of rock 'n' roll aesthetics in the designs, a blend of street-smart

edge and refined luxury, paying homage to the power of music as an agent of change.”
